The Maraponga FAC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Maraponga FAC's Antal Szaniszló looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 9 minutes into the game, Darren Verlet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edvaldo Brasil. Darren Verlet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Xacintu Magadan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Brasil made a huge save. Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Gogov in the 13th minute of the match. Mané Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Paraense in the 15th minute of the match. Darren Verlet struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Edvaldo Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maraponga FAC. Mané Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olívio Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The SAS fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when SAS's Luiz Guilherme Paraense looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. SAS's Edvaldo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacintu Magadan in the 31st minute of play. After 35 minutes Maraponga FAC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agostinho Carneiro who took care of the corner kick. Edvaldo Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darren Verlet went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Guilherme Paraense to strike the kick off in the second half. Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Carneiro in the 51st minute of play. Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Lind in the 52nd minute of the match. Mané Andrade was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Luiz Guilherme Madureira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Guilherme Madureira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. 60 minutes into the match, Xacintu Magadan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Brasil. SAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Magadan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Darren Verlet struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Maraponga FAC's Antal Szaniszló got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Darren Verlet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edvaldo Brasil came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Maraponga FAC's Cristiano Osmundsen. But to his dismay, Cristiano Osmundsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Cristiano Osmundsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Brasil having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Xacintu Magadan came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maraponga FAC's Antal Szaniszló got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Xacintu Magadan came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maraponga FAC fully deserved thier win.
