After having played for 47 minutes, Daşdämir Albändiyev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capibaribe Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daşdämir Albändiyev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Mendes in the 51st minute of the match. Kaido Lilleorg got a throw-in 53 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Leandro Sugar. Daniel Sousa struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Manuel Alves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capibaribe Stars. The audience was convinced that Robinho Urbano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Alves was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Henry Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Manuel Alves made a huge save. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Izaltina FAD's goalkeeper Manuel Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's Robinho Urbano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Alves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. William Angelsø took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomás Toscano. Thomás Toscano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 94th play minute Pan Zhi Peng came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Manuel Alves. 2-2.
