The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kaido Lilleorg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Izaltina FAD protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kaido Lilleorg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaido Lilleorg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Izaltina FAD got a freekick which was hit by Benito Lain. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Lain in the 61st minute of play forced Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Hansjörg Wastl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Well-Well Waack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hansjörg Wastl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Angelsø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hansjörg Wastl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Angelsø in the 89th minute of the match. Izaltina FAD's Manuel Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Schmidt in the 93rd minute of play. Chants of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close.
