In the 18th minute of the match Sílvio Luís Prata sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vello Landi skillfully saved the ball. After 21 minutes of play, OxentePaisa Salcity's Luiz Eduardo Xavier made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juvenal Talló was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 郑霖钢 in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Cumming in the 42nd minute of play forced Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joshua Cumming stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal and Joshua Cumming tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Eduardo Xavier made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata. Joshua Cummings short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Juvenal Talló to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vello Landi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, OxentePaisa Salcity's Gogo Lopes got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diogo Queirós. Vello Landi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes in the game Oscar Macedo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leandro Fonseca.
