The supporters of Vinará FC booed when Hangovers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charis Ververis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vaios Toskas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theodosis Chatzikostas during the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Savas Dalianas got free with Konrāds Rabkins in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Savas Dalianas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Konrāds Rabkins made a huge save. Konrāds Rabkins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonidas Stelopoulos was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Boleslaw Golob capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Boleslaw Golob really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 73 minutes into the game, Argyris Bolirakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hangovers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vinará FC the free kick. When Charis Ververis came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Hangovers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charis Ververis couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Armindo Belém cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Leonidas Stelopoulos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Hangovers FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Vinará FC to win.
