The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jan-Åke Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfie Heath in the 4th minute of play. Donny Rowell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gino Galante in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Crystal Phallus's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Galante came free, but Donny Rowell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gino Galante might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donny Rowell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gino Galante ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gino Galante in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donny Rowell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Coe in the 13th minute of play forced The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gino Galante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Donny Rowell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Galante in the 19th minute of the match. Robert Uncescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Donny Rowell made a huge save. Donny Rowell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gino Galante's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match The Owls got a corner. Crystal Phallus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Recep Talha Kutyan ran over to the corner to take the kick. William Creemers was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jan-Åke Emander came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Crystal Phallus's Ian Coe. But to his dismay, Ian Coe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 33 minutes of play, The Owls's Robert Uncescu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donny Rowell was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gino Galante sped through Crystal Phallus's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donny Rowell. If Gino Galante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The throw-in from Cyprian Karp in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Crystal Phallus's Albert Byshovets. The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Coe in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gino Galante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gino Galante might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donny Rowell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donny Rowell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After some careless play in the Crystal Phallus defense, Gino Galante kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donny Rowell. The Crystal Phallus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donny Rowell should have stopped the shot. Crystal Phallus's Donny Rowell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Galante in the 62nd minute of play. Froilan Ignado made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ian Coe immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Crystal Phallus's Albert Byshovets got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Crystal Phallus's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Galante came free, but Donny Rowell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Owls's attentive Cyprian Karp managed to snatch the ball when Albert Byshovets made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute of the game Froilan Ignado made a throw-in which Martyn Kemp played forward. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. The Owls had won after a very even match.
