Zhu Yue scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonidas Stelopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 11 minutes, Zhu Yue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhu Yue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelios Kyriakiou in the 13th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonidas Stelopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Sobral, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Cris Gol scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonidas Stelopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonidas Stelopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Yue, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Savas Dalianas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Vítor Damas made a huge save. Savas Dalianas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Leonidas Stelopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Gol in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cris Gol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Hangovers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonidas Stelopoulos should have stopped the shot. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Camerino Lavalle was substituted for Cris Gol. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Jânio Donatello was substituted for António Sobral. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camerino Lavalle in the 66th minute of play forced Hangovers FC's goalkeeper Leonidas Stelopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Predador Brasiliense MZBR supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Predador Brasiliense MZBR would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
