But to his dismay, Cvetin Luković quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Michail Antonio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonidas Stelopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 12th minute Cvetin Luković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonidas Stelopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Scholten in the 15th minute of play forced Hangovers FC's goalkeeper Leonidas Stelopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charis Ververis in the 16th minute of play. Leonidas Stelopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cvetin Luković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Savas Dalianas notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Jesus Satordi. Jesus Satordi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Richard Butler took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonidas Stelopoulos. Leonidas Stelopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Leonidas Stelopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ed Moore went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute, Michail Antonio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elizabeth Three Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 31st minute, Vaios Toskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Satordi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vaios Toskas went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Cvetin Luković ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonidas Stelopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. Ed Moore might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonidas Stelopoulos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ed Moore ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute Michail Antonio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonidas Stelopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-6 lead.

After a rather tough play, Hangovers FC's Theodosis Chatzikostas got a free kick in the 67th minute. Danny Ings in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonidas Stelopoulos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leonidas Stelopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Scholten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Hangovers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cvetin Luković came free, but Leonidas Stelopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danny Ings could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Leonidas Stelopoulos made a huge save. In the 78th minute of the match, Cvetin Luković tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonidas Stelopoulos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leonidas Stelopoulos was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Cvetin Luković capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cvetin Luković really showed his touch with that goal: 2-10. Leonidas Stelopoulos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 2-12. Richard Scholten was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Leonidas Stelopoulos came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Danny Ings. But to his dismay, Danny Ings quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-13. When the final whistle sounded Elizabeth Three Lions FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hangovers FC.
