Vitinho Madureira made a great header on ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's corner, it was just that Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro managed to reach the ball for a save. Marco Ruben could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Ruy Montenegro made a huge save. The ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ederono Vilardell should have stopped the shot. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Arjen Robben suffered a concussion in the 44th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Zézinho Coutinho's late challenge caught a Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zézinho Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Gabriel Recife replaced Arjen Robben. Zézinho Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Ederono Vilardell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gernando Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After the first half Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 50 played minutes Fortunato Froněk shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Ederono Vilardell to catch but Fortunato Froněk was lucky. It became 0-4 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. In the 55th minute, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ederono Vilardell. Ederono Vilardell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ! 66 minutes into the game, Baltazar Weidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Andes FC - FSCMZ the free kick. In the 69th minute of the match, Gernando Azevedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ederono Vilardell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo managed to work through ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gernando Azevedo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ruy Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Ruben's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Gernando Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ederono Vilardell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gernando Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 76 minutes, Marco Ruben mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ and the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marco Ruben kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Marco Ruben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ederono Vilardell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th match minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Vítor Lopes to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
