Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberto Velasco ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 18th minute Alberto Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bin Shevchenko scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas De Gea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alberto Velasco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Fábio Leite came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Velasco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 23rd minute. Luiz Fábio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Velasco in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Bin Shevchenko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas De Gea. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bin Shevchenko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Bin Shevchenko scored 1-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas De Gea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Club Sacode Football CIMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Blumenau Esporte Clube were winning 1-4.

A collision led to Blumenau Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Donato Mazza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Xandinho Sharkin got a free kick in the 57th minute. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Bin Shevchenko got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, Blumenau Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Orsi to maneuver through the defense. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Enzo Caffrey was substituted for Brandur Hendrickson. In the 67th minute, Enrico Orsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bin Shevchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Alberto Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Fábio Leite narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Bin Shevchenko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Lucas De Gea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xandinho Sharkin hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Alberto Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Club Sacode Football CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Velasco couldn't finish the play. The Club Sacode Football CIMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Blumenau Esporte Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Blumenau Esporte Clube.
