Oliver Bierhoff could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Leonardo Da Vinci made a huge save. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Lalo in the 7th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Don Lalo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Da Vinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Da Vinci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Áron Bódog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Bierhoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Da Vinci having to interfere. Áron Bódog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miki Moco made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Radowit Dziuma however managed to control. After a rather tough play, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's João Carlos Leite got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Malcolm Westerberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the ADM Taquaras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malcolm Westerberg couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Da Vinci was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Áron Bódog capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Áron Bódog really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 40th minute, Áron Bódog left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADM Taquaras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Don Lalo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Tor Garantos was substituted for Don Lalo. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Achilleas Stefanakis was substituted for Christian Pulisic. After 63 minutes G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Malcolm Westerberg who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 66th minute of play forced G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Oliver Bierhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADM Taquaras's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Bierhoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Da Vinci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Denílson Tepedino replaced Oliver Bierhoff. An unexpectedly hard shot by Áron Bódog in the 73rd minute of play forced G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Tor Garantos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Da Vinci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. If Tor Garantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tor Garantos had several of the ADM Taquaras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-2 score and a disappointed Jeremias Moreno as he didn't even see the shot coming. Leonardo Da Vinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Jeremias Moreno was a little too slow when Achilleas Stefanakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ADM Taquaras.
