Oliver Bierhoff kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Herberto Ribas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Atlético da Colina's Tom Demange quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 5th match minute, Atlético da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when Atlético da Colina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Demange didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 9th minute of the match. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Lukach in the 10th minute of play. Rafael Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Áron Bódog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Moreno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Lukach's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Lukach in the 21st minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético da Colina's Rafael Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Áron Bódog in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Martins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atlético da Colina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Oliver Bierhoff scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Martins, making the score, 1-0. If Justo Lukach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Martins made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Áron Bódog sent off a good shot on target.

Atlético da Colina made a substitution. Gu Xiong Bang replaced Fernando Pacheco. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Lukach to strike the kick off in the second half. Oliver Bierhoff struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Rafael Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ADM Taquaras. ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino was substituted for Oliver Bierhoff. ADM Taquaras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Malcolm Westerberg in the 75th minute. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético da Colina's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Malcolm Westerberg was slow to take the kick. During this time ADM Taquaras's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Atlético da Colina's goalie and right to Nestor Soeiro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Atlético da Colina's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Diego Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Jeremias Moreno made a huge save. Tom Demange kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Malcolm Westerberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Martins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Rafael Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Souza in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Moreno prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
