Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Kjellman in the 13th minute of play. Harvey Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Portugal in the 20th minute of play. Harvey Davies took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Portugal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, FC Bal op het Dak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marick Brunt to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Karel Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harvey Davies came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Fauna Utd's Yuri Portugal. But to his dismay, Yuri Portugal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Fauna Utd from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Teodoro Esquipula made a precise shot to the right of Harvey Davies. FC Bal op het Dak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Kjellman in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radamel Hendrickx saved Fauna Utd from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Kjellman in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radamel Hendrickx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Fauna Utd getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Karel Cromefeldt hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes Fauna Utd got a freekick which was hit by 董文鹰. A sloppy throw-in by Marick Brunt in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fauna Utd's 董文鹰. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yuri Portugal was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Joop Bakker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radamel Hendrickx was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that 董文鹰 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Harvey Davies quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
