Eşref Tuney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Juve Górnik Knurów's zone, Lucas Beltrán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radoslaw Mierzwa came out of the goal and Lucas Beltrán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Rafal Cichewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Mierzwa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Smolarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radoslaw Mierzwa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Juve Górnik Knurów's Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radoslaw Mierzwa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Beltrán's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Radoslaw Mierzwa came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vetevendosje FC's Lucas Beltrán. But to his dismay, Lucas Beltrán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Lucas Beltrán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Radoslaw Mierzwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Cichewski in the 39th minute of play forced Juve Górnik Knurów's goalkeeper Radoslaw Mierzwa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Vetevendosje FC's Niklas Ekerot getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski to make the kick off. Radoslaw Mierzwa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Juve Górnik Knurów's Radoslaw Mierzwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Cichewski in the 58th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Smolarek in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Mierzwa saved Juve Górnik Knurów from getting behind. In the 64th match minute, Vetevendosje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Rosendahl to maneuver through the defense. Radoslaw Mierzwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafal Cichewski in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Mierzwa saved Juve Górnik Knurów from getting behind. Vetevendosje FC made a substitution. Hjalmar Petersson replaced Andy Eklund. 80 minutes into the match, Juve Górnik Knurów's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Beltrán came free, but Radoslaw Mierzwa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Eşref Tuney when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Eşref Tuney managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Juve Górnik Knurów's Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 85th minute Jan Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Mierzwa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Vetevendosje FC's goalkeeper Eşref Tuney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedykt Trela during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
