In the 18thth minute of the game Xalvador Mac Kenney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juve Górnik Knurów's Radoslaw Mierzwa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicodemo Recalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juve Górnik Knurów's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski in the 28th minute of play forced VILLANUEVA FC's goalkeeper Nicodemo Recalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kazimierz Kissel might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicodemo Recalde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kazimierz Kissel ran back to his position shaking his head. After 44 minutes, Marcel Blanco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VILLANUEVA FC and the Juve Górnik Knurów players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Juve Górnik Knurów defense, Xacobo Barroso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radoslaw Mierzwa. The Juve Górnik Knurów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radoslaw Mierzwa should have stopped the shot. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radoslaw Mierzwa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcel Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Radoslaw Mierzwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Xacobo Barroso came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the VILLANUEVA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xacobo Barroso couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Xalvador Mac Kenney's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radoslaw Mierzwa was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Nicodemo Recalde stood somewhat misplaced when Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski came free in front of goal and shot 4-2 to the left of him in the 82 minute. Xalvador Mac Kenney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Mierzwa having to interfere. Marcel Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Radoslaw Mierzwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xacobo Barroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radoslaw Mierzwa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xacobo Barroso in the 93rd minute of the match. VILLANUEVA FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
