German Cibran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Albohm having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Jan-Erik Tunberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivar Albohm. Strömsbro IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Erik Tunberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The throw-in from Alvar Mellbad in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Polly Magoo Juniors's Roy Johnsson. Jan-Erik Tunberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ivar Albohm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivar Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 26th minute of play. Roy Johnsson made a great header on Polly Magoo Juniors's corner, it was just that Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm managed to reach the ball for a save. Markus Fågel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giga Mønster in the 30th minute. Jan-Erik Tunberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Albohm having to interfere. The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Lekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giga Mønster in the 38th minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 39th minute of play. Gösta Bergman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Jan-Erik Tunberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polly Magoo Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michael Bredberg to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Giga Mønster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivar Albohm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ivar Albohm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jan-Erik Tunberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 75 minute of play.
