Stefan Bergdal hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wargön's zone, Thomas Stigsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens Ahlroht came out of the goal and Thomas Stigsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kent Vidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jens Ahlroht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Vidman in the 5th minute of the match. When Allan Ekgren fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wargön's protests and gave Allan Ekgren a yellow card for diving instead. Kent Vidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bubba Ba during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wargön's Bubba Ba got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Kent Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lost Boys Sports Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens Ahlroht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jens Ahlroht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Vidman in the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Kent Vidman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Ahlroht was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sverker Målare charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sverker Målare the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Vidman in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Ahlroht prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kent Vidman took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens Ahlroht. Jens Ahlroht dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jens Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Åkerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Vidman in the 38th minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Jens Ahlroht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Sverker Målare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esbjörn Åkesson lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Esbjörn Åkesson hit a great ball. Bengt-Rune Törnkvist struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Per Landin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wargön. Sigvard Wallander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Per Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Wargön players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lost Boys Sports Academy were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kent Vidman to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Karl Engström hit a great ball. Per Landin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Arne Ekblom in the 55th minute of play. Jens Ahlroht made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Kent Vidman sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Kent Vidman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kent Vidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lost Boys Sports Academy booed when Wargön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Bergdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Rune Törnkvist in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per Landin saved Lost Boys Sports Academy from getting behind. In the 72nd match minute, Lost Boys Sports Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Vennerberg to maneuver through the defense. Per Landin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Wallander in the 77th minute of the match. Rikard Månsson charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rikard Månsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes, Wargön's Bengt-Rune Törnkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per Landin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wargön reached it. When Lucas Vennerberg came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Lost Boys Sports Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Vennerberg couldn't finish the play. The Wargön supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lost Boys Sports Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Lost Boys Sports Academy.
