One of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wargön:s goal. 7 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Siöberg came free, but Aurel Crivoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Aurel Crivoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayan Baye in the 11th minute of play. Aurel Crivoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayan Baye in the 13th minute of play. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Hugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Ivar Siöberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Aurel Crivoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Neset got free with Sören Tunberg in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayan Baye in the 33rd minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. After recieving a nice pass, Wargön's Artur Buba tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Wargön got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Munhoz. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hector Hugo made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Wargön's Aurel Crivoi threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nils-Arne Nilsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
