After taking down the ball on Wargön's corner Bayan Baye fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anders Lundqvist quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Artur Buba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Lundqvist was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Artur Buba put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Anders Lundqvist. 37 minutes into the game, Júlio Munhoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Golden Lions FC's Arne Tönnberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 47 minutes into the match, Wargön's goalkeeper Sören Tunberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loco Durazno. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mats Nyström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sören Tunberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sören Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 60th minute of the match. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 65th minute of play. Mikael Liberatore's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Anders Lundqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Loco Durazno struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Sören Tunberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Lions FC. Wargön's Ivar Siöberg was substituted for Mikael Liberatore. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Burç Tokhan replaced Loco Durazno. Sören Tunberg came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan. But to his dismay, Burç Tokhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. İbrahim Efe Topdemir replaced Marcelo Steven. 75 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Burç Tokhan came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burç Tokhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sören Tunberg having to make a save. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Tokhan in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burç Tokhan in the 86th minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Sören Tunberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bayan Baye took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Lundqvist. Anders Lundqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Anders Lundqvist stood somewhat misplaced when Ivar Siöberg came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 92 minute. 95 minutes into the game, Ivar Siöberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anders Lundqvist. Ivar Siöberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Wargön eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
