Virgilio Kiliz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nando Matos went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Flávio Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, AC Korban's Serginho de Castro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thomás de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LA PANDILLA LOCA's goalkeeper Virgilio Kiliz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, AC Korban's Flávio Baptista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. LA PANDILLA LOCA's Virgilio Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Baptista in the 28th minute of play. If Nando Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, LA PANDILLA LOCA's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Matos came free, but Virgilio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Korban's Bruno Falcão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgilio Kiliz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, AC Korban's Flávio Baptista got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 42nd minute, Flávio Baptista fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. After the first half AC Korban were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Lehior to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Lehior in the 51st minute of play forced AC Korban's goalkeeper Thomás de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Maranhense during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donato Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Julio Favila struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Thomás de Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA PANDILLA LOCA. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Flávio Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Korban's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Kiliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elpidio Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomás de Godoi having to interfere. A collision led to AC Korban getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Umberto Machado hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Flávio Baptista notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LA PANDILLA LOCA's Virgilio Kiliz. Virgilio Kiliz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flávio Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Kiliz having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, AC Korban's Vinícius Perez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the AC Korban defense, Elpidio Lehior kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás de Godoi. The AC Korban fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás de Godoi should have stopped the shot. Nelson Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, AC Korban's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Ospetsu came free, but Thomás de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgilio Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Matos in the 87th minute of the match. Serginho de Castro hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Elpidio Lehior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Thomás de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomás de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Lehior in the 94th minute of the match. The AC Korban supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Korban would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
