SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Erivaldo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Beard in the 11th minute of play. Jospeh McNally stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Neil Mcinnes's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Dinei Tinoco made a great header on SANTOS FC- FDFDF's corner, it was just that Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally managed to reach the ball for a save. Despite this Erivaldo Catarinense quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 34 minutes into the match, Neil Mcinnes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jospeh McNally. Brooklyn SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Neil Mcinnes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Erivaldo Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trenton Long, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Neil Mcinnes came free, but Jospeh McNally reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Cole recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Neil Mcinnes made a kick off. Erivaldo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trenton Long in the 55th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Cole got free with Erivaldo Catarinense in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Brooklyn SC's corner Trenton Long fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erivaldo Catarinense quite easily take care of the ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 played minutes SANTOS FC- FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Sun Sha Xiong. In the 72nd match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Spivey to maneuver through the defense. Brooklyn SC's Serginho Ramos was substituted for Vinicio Millan. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Walter Spivey hit a great ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Dwight Schrute kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erivaldo Catarinense. That made the score 1-1 in the 77 minute of play. Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neil Mcinnes in the 82nd minute of play. Neil Mcinnes took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jospeh McNally. Jospeh McNally dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Neil Mcinnes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jospeh McNally was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SANTOS FC- FDFDF had won after a very even match.
