Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anestis Kotsopoulos got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute Anestis Kotsopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kråk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Arne Kråk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nemesio Dolfos in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg August Hoffmanns saved Rot-Weiss-Essen from getting behind. Arne Kråk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Anestis Kotsopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kråk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 played minutes Potrerillo Azuleño got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Eguerdi. Nemesio Dolfos took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised August Hoffmanns. August Hoffmanns dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Mesut Özil came free, but Arne Kråk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mesut Özil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Anestis Kotsopoulos came free, but Arne Kråk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Joanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute Nemesio Dolfos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Hoffmanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Potrerillo Azuleño's Nemesio Dolfos in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36thth minute of the game Nemesio Dolfos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Haupt. Hugo Haupt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Arne Kråk made a huge save. In the 41st minute Nemesio Dolfos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Hoffmanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Rot-Weiss-Essen's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Dolfos came free, but August Hoffmanns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Marino hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nemesio Dolfos to make the kick off. Mesut Özil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Kråk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Delmar Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Hoffmanns having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mesut Özil in the 56th minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rot-Weiss-Essen booed when Potrerillo Azuleño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Ereinotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes, Rot-Weiss-Essen's Maximilian Henning shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arne Kråk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rot-Weiss-Essen reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Dolfos got free with August Hoffmanns in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Dolfos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Hoffmanns having to interfere. With a little luck, Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns got control of the ball when Nemesio Dolfos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Hugo Haupt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kråk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Delmar Joanes fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potrerillo Azuleño's protests and gave Delmar Joanes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Potrerillo Azuleño getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Delmar Joanes hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Haupt in the 72nd minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Kråk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Delmar Joanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Anestis Kotsopoulos came free, but Arne Kråk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 81st minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mesut Özil scored 2-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Kråk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximilian Henning took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Kråk. Arne Kråk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 91st minute, Mesut Özil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Kråk was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Arne Kråk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Kråk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Rot-Weiss-Essen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
