With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yan Chen Yan in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irvin Willoughby saved Hurricanes FC from getting behind. Szczakowianka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yan Chen Yan in the 8th minute. The corner ended in Yan Chen Yan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hurricanes FC's Irvin Willoughby did a great save. Irvin Willoughby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Elequemedo in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Chen Yan came free, but Irvin Willoughby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Hurricanes FC got a freekick which was hit by Sherman Friedman. After some careless play in the Hurricanes FC defense, Yan Chen Yan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irvin Willoughby. The Hurricanes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irvin Willoughby should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Chen Yan came free, but Irvin Willoughby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Hurricanes FC's Romain Corcoran seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Romain Corcoran the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hurricanes FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Romain Corcoran had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Hurricanes FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Szczakowianka:s goal. The referee gave Szczakowianka a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Donald Tusk, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hurricanes FC's Irvin Willoughby. 0-4. In the 40th minute Yan Chen Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irvin Willoughby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Chen Yan came free, but Irvin Willoughby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Szczakowianka's Yan Chen Yan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. Luis Elequemedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Irvin Willoughby when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Szczakowianka's Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Niva in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Szczakowianka's Benedykt Perkowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Irvin Willoughby. Irvin Willoughby yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Elequemedo got free with Irvin Willoughby in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szczakowianka's Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Niva in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goalkeeper Irvin Willoughby had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedykt Perkowski.
