After 12 minutes, Neil Mcinnes made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Erivaldo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 15th minute of play. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Mcinnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Edvaldo Motta struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. August Hoffmanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SANTOS FC- FDFDF. Felix Balzer made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Maximilian Henning however managed to control. Erivaldo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Haupt in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Edvaldo Motta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that August Hoffmanns narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erivaldo Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erivaldo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Henning in the 33rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Maximilian Henning sped through SANTOS FC- FDFDF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erivaldo Catarinense. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper August Hoffmanns, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Mcinnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Erivaldo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Haupt in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Felix Balzer threw the ball into play from the sideline. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Silvério do Valle quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Mcinnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Seçkin Ünlüol ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Namık Kemal Kadrican almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns did a great save. In the 55th minute SANTOS FC- FDFDF were awarded a corner. Seçkin Ünlüol went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Dinei Tinoco to a score. 2-1 in the 56th minute. August Hoffmanns came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Neil Mcinnes. But to his dismay, Neil Mcinnes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Neil Mcinnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Neil Mcinnes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that August Hoffmanns narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Neil Mcinnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neil Mcinnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but August Hoffmanns read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Sun Sha Xiong was substituted for Lleir Santiso. Hakem Al Khames got a throw-in 81 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hugo Haupt. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Seçkin Ünlüol in the 85th minute. After taking down the ball on SANTOS FC- FDFDF's corner Seçkin Ünlüol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and August Hoffmanns quite easily take care of the ball. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rot-Weiss-Essen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seçkin Ünlüol was slow to take the kick. During this time SANTOS FC- FDFDF's players had a chance to rest. Seçkin Ünlüol made a great header on SANTOS FC- FDFDF's corner, it was just that Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SANTOS FC- FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rot-Weiss-Essen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
