Gerardo Beard kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Brooklyn SC's attentive George Potra managed to snatch the ball when Björn Utter made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Natasha Sjøholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Beard in the 24th minute of the match. Jospeh McNally made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jonatan Smedfeldt sent off a good shot on target. When Griskultingarnas FF's Jimmy Busk in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Stacy McDonough made a great header on Brooklyn SC's corner, it was just that Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Elliot Whitley hit a great ball. Natasha Sjøholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Cole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jochem Klooster to strike the kick off in the second half. Olívio Sjøholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Elliot Whitley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerardo Beard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Natasha Sjøholm came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerardo Beard slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 55th minute. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Griskultingarnas FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonas Cole was slow to take the kick. During this time Brooklyn SC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Brooklyn SC's corner Dwight Schrute fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Natasha Sjøholm quite easily take care of the ball. After 68 played minutes Griskultingarnas FF got a freekick which was hit by Arman Ekström. In the 70th minute, Brooklyn SC's Gerardo Beard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Natasha Sjøholm. Natasha Sjøholm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Brooklyn SC made a substitution. Walter Spivey replaced Gerardo Beard. Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jochem Klooster, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes Brooklyn SC got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Whitley. After a defensive mix-up in Brooklyn SC's zone, Arman Ekström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jospeh McNally came out of the goal and Arman Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jochem Klooster in the 84th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Jonatan Smedfeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Griskultingarnas FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brooklyn SC the free kick. Jonatan Smedfeldt hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brooklyn SC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Busk in the 91st minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Griskultingarnas FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Vestberg to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Brooklyn SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
