Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the game, Gabriel Fidencio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Trần Ritchell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Fidencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Trần Ritchell made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaston Leoiar in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trần Ritchell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Fidencio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trần Ritchell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hà Nội's Nguyễn Duc got a free kick in the 20th minute. Hà Nội's Trần Ritchell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Leoiar in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hà Nội's zone, Gaston Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Ritchell came out of the goal and Gaston Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Gaston Leoiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaston Leoiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đặng Hieu Ngan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gavino Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lê Cadeo scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Peruxu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Đặng Hieu Ngan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gavino Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute, Gaston Leoiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trần Ritchell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Fidencio during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to T.C.P. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gabriel Fidencio hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Gaston Leoiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. T.C.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Leoiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Fidencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Ritchell having to interfere. Lê Van Tai Em charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lê Van Tai Em the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute Gabriel Fidencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trần Ritchell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trần Ritchell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Fidencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Fidencio in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trần Ritchell saved Hà Nội from getting behind. Trần Ritchell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Leoiar in the 89th minute of the match. Gabriel Fidencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Đặng Hieu Ngan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. T.C.P. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hà Nội for a fine match.
