The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingo Siebert got free with Firdaus Panjaitan in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Ingo Siebert notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of PSM Cijantra FC's Firdaus Panjaitan. In the 15th match minute, PSM Cijantra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elie Eiboy to maneuver through the defense. Georgi Borchert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romi Budikusuma's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Wacholderbaum's Patrick-Marc Eckert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Firdaus Panjaitan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricky Barus during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick-Marc Eckert made a kick off. Ingo Siebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Firdaus Panjaitan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Wacholderbaum getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wacholderbaum's goalkeeper Georgi Borchert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wacholderbaum's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Ricky Barus scored to the left of an out of position Georgi Borchert, making the score, 3-3. 68 minutes into the game, Andra Perangin-angin lined in a short shot 4-4 behind a frustrated Georgi Borchert. Firdaus Panjaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingo Siebert in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Romi Budikusuma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
