Bawang Merah started the match with the kick off. CD SHETTANI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kenneth Aguilar in the 4th minute. CD SHETTANI's Kenneth Aguilar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anak Habib in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hong Zheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Anak Habib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Bawang Merah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Uzuri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Anak Habib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jupp Ota, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. CD SHETTANI's Jan Maciejewski got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CD SHETTANI's Denis Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 19th minute of play. SAPI FC's Jens-Erik Mårtensson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Denis Uzuri in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anak Habib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jupp Ota in the 21st minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Bawang Merah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martinus Bachdim in the 34th minute of play forced CD SHETTANI's goalkeeper Denis Uzuri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, SAPI FC's Anak Habib got control of the ball when Kenneth Aguilar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kenneth Aguilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CD SHETTANI's Denis Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Hong Zheng made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, SAPI FC's Martinus Bachdim got a free kick in the 50th minute. The audience was convinced that Hong Zheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anak Habib was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hong Zheng came free, but Anak Habib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes CD SHETTANI got a freekick which was hit by Gabe Ebbe. Anak Habib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Maciejewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Lucas Carazo made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mainor Calderon. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anak Habib showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bawang Merah struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Denis Uzuri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAPI FC. Anak Habib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Maciejewski in the 89th minute of play.
