The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. George Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Baptista in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute Natalio Centenales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Benito McRae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Centenales got free with George Buffon in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by George Messi. George Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Baptista in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Messi in the 20th minute of play forced Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper João Paulo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Ekeroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. João Paulo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Família Ressaca MZ getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vasco Arruabarrena hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Geovanni Baptista tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but George Buffon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 36th minute, Feng Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Kroos, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Three Lions FC's George Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanni Baptista in the 42nd minute of play. João Paulo Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Messi's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni Baptista in the 55th minute of play forced Three Lions FC's goalkeeper George Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Família Ressaca MZ's Geovanni Baptista in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. João Paulo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Montrell during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. George Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldinho do Vale went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. George Kane in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of João Paulo Silva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Natalio Centenales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. George Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Montrell. 81 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wojciech Rutecki came free, but George Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Arruabarrena kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. João Paulo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Kroos in the 83rd minute of play. George Buffon came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Família Ressaca MZ's Geovanni Baptista. But to his dismay, Geovanni Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Família Ressaca MZ had won after a very even match.
