A wasted opportunity for Master Champion BMX Flat. Luiz Fabiano Neto's late challenge caught a Master Champion BMX Flat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fabiano Neto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Luiz Fabiano Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 minutes Corumbaense F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aarne Mikkola who took care of the corner kick. Luís Eduardo dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matei Corona, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Tobiasz Rostow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Corumbaense F.C.'s zone, Matei Corona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Eduardo dos Santos came out of the goal and Matei Corona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matei Corona scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Eduardo dos Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Ferreira in the 24th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Master Champion BMX Flat's Luís Eduardo dos Santos threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matei Corona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A nice corner shot did that Lev Shershun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luís Eduardo dos Santos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Ferreira in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Matei Corona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Eduardo dos Santos. Corumbaense F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matei Corona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.

Corumbaense F.C. made a substitution. Amadeu Velloso replaced Sandrinho Maranhense. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobiasz Rostow to strike the kick off in the second half. Tobiasz Rostow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Ruy Mota dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nicolae Ceaușescu, 3-1. Corumbaense F.C. made a substitution. Vânderson Camargo replaced Ruy Mota. Tobiasz Rostow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo dos Santos having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Dudu Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matei Corona hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Frank de Toledo sent off a good shot on target. Luís Eduardo dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Rostow in the 80th minute of play. Master Champion BMX Flat made a substitution. Jorge Vasconcelos replaced Matei Corona. Jorge Vasconcelos might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Eduardo dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Vasconcelos ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Eduardo dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Jorge Vasconcelos notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Corumbaense F.C.'s Luís Eduardo dos Santos. Luís Eduardo dos Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Corumbaense F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Master Champion BMX Flat.
