Vintilă Murgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Herrera in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute Daniel Ţîrlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, The Huns's Agustin Maldonado threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Ţîrlea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vintilă Murgu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Baumer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Bottaro FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after The Huns's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elias Cortes took the corner. 19 minutes into the match, Rosendo Bottaro FC's goalkeeper Agustin Maldonado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ekber Merdan. The crowd rose to their feet as The Huns's Daniel Ţîrlea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agustin Maldonado. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. Agustin Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Merdan in the 28th minute of play. Vintilă Murgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Baumer in the 30th minute of play. Ekber Merdans short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Agustin Maldonado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ekber Merdan struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Agustin Maldonado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Huns. Ekber Merdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Agustin Maldonado made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, The Huns's Ekber Merdan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekber Merdan got free with Agustin Maldonado in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to The Huns getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Miroslaw Pazura hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Abel Baumer made the kick off in the second half. Agustin Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Ghionea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Huns were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Rosendo Bottaro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andre Huyterhoeven took the corner. The supporters of Rosendo Bottaro FC booed when The Huns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Pazura didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the game Ixaka Arvelo made a throw-in which Pablo-Enrique Polo played forward. Agustin Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Merdan in the 72nd minute of play. Rosendo Bottaro FC's Agustin Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Merdan in the 75th minute of play. The Huns's Nicholas Ramachandran was substituted for Andre Huyterhoeven. A collision led to The Huns getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Miroslaw Pazura hit a great ball. Agustin Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Merdan in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekber Merdan in the 95th minute of play forced Rosendo Bottaro FC's goalkeeper Agustin Maldonado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
