Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simula Miner in the 25th minute of play. Gabriel Postelnicescu had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Aristides Henry from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Machados FC V2's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pascoal Espírito Santo in the 39th minute. Machados FC V2's Pascoal Espírito Santo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel Postelnicescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 43 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Henry came free, but Gabriel Postelnicescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Popcorn Miner to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Tham in the 51st minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Postelnicescu came out of the goal and Aristides Henry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Popcorn Miner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Henry in the 85th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Machados FC V2 were awarded a corner. Pascoal Espírito Santo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 91st minute, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Daddy Miner dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Popcorn Miner in the 95th minute of play forced Machados FC V2's goalkeeper Rodrigo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Machados FC V2 fans cheered their team off the field, for while CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
