After 10 played minutes Berutti FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Uxio. In the 13th minute, Timoteo Peru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaston Gitano made a great header on Atlético Rio Cuarto's corner, it was just that Berutti FC's Mark Wenerdahl managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Edelmiro Cheche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celso Lonzo. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Celso Lonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Cheche in the 29th minute of the match. Gaudencio Inko made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Camilo Uxio however managed to control. Saverio Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Atlético Rio Cuarto getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Saverio Otoniel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Atlético Rio Cuarto's Gaston Gitano got a free kick in the 40th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Cheche dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Lonzo, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Timoteo Peru made the kick off in the second half. Celso Lonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, Berutti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Inko to maneuver through the defense. Saverio Otoniel scored 3-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mark Wenerdahl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santos Montel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mark Wenerdahl having to make a save. Mark Wenerdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Montel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celso Lonzo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Berutti FC's Edelmiro Cheche. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Cheche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some careless play in the Atlético Rio Cuarto defense, Edelmiro Cheche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Lonzo. The Atlético Rio Cuarto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Lonzo should have stopped the shot. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Celso Lonzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Cheche in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Montel came free, but Mark Wenerdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Timoteo Peru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berutti FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Celso Lonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Cheche in the 86th minute of the match. Celso Lonzo came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Berutti FC's Timoteo Peru. But to his dismay, Timoteo Peru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. When the referee ended the match the Berutti FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
