Krestian Blædel made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Jon-Ander Wallffiguer sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Chucho during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergio Chucho hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Isidro Erramu charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Erramu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes Club Atletico Union got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Erramu. In the 16th minute, Jon-Ander Wallffiguer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorros del Desierto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jon-Ander Wallffiguers short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Krestian Blædel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 24th minute, Concetto Mare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Krestian Blædel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 26th minute, Jon-Ander Wallffiguer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krestian Blædel was a little too slow when Concetto Mare got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 31st match minute, Club Atletico Union was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Elodio to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Zander to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Union's goalkeeper Krestian Blædel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon-Ander Wallffiguer. With a little luck, Club Atletico Union's Krestian Blædel got control of the ball when Jon-Ander Wallffiguer tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Tartalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Union's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zorros del Desierto the free kick. After 41 played minutes Club Atletico Union got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Tartalo. After 42 played minutes, Zorros del Desierto's Javier Rufo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Krestian Blædel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zorros del Desierto reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jon-Ander Wallffiguer was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Concetto Mare notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Club Atletico Union's Krestian Blædel. Krestian Blædel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Krestian Blædel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto Mare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krestian Blædel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 75th minute Cristian Insaurralde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krestian Blædel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Union defense, Cristian Insaurralde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Krestian Blædel. The Club Atletico Union fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Krestian Blædel should have stopped the shot. Cristian Insaurralde scored 9-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krestian Blædel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Cristian Insaurralde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krestian Blædel. Club Atletico Union's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Insaurralde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. 93 minutes into the game, Cristian Insaurralde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Krestian Blædel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, Cristian Insaurralde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krestian Blædel. Club Atletico Union's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Insaurralde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zorros del Desierto fully deserved thier win.
