ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Argyris Miroforidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Triantis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Miltos Macheras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Panos Kavouroglou. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Våleman in the 82nd minute of play forced Amfithea Hotspur's goalkeeper Valerios Paboulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
