Rinat Dasaev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Rinat Dasaev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilesindo Tarapiella scored 1-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rinat Dasaev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Yakusoku no Neverland's Urtats Sainz got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reyes Barcenilla in the 39th minute of play forced Yakusoku no Neverland's goalkeeper Rinat Dasaev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Reyes Barcenilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinat Dasaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Caaguazu were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilesindo Tarapiella to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Yoel Piedra in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Caaguazu's Reyes Barcenilla. In the 57th minute, Reyes Barcenilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilesindo Tarapiella kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rinat Dasaev. That made the score 1-5 in the 60 minute of play. Gilesindo Tarapiella scored 1-6 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rinat Dasaev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Caaguazu booed when Yakusoku no Neverland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pio Tul didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jorge Torcida fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caaguazu's protests and gave Jorge Torcida a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Hill in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olo Uriarte saved Caaguazu from getting behind. Jorge Torcida hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Rinat Dasaev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, Yakusoku no Neverland's Rinat Dasaev got control of the ball when Jorge Torcida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caaguazu's Bartolome Moracia was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pio Tul in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Gilesindo Tarapiella made a precise shot to the right of Rinat Dasaev. Yakusoku no Neverland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. 92 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Jorge Torcida nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rinat Dasaev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-10. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pio Tul in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olo Uriarte saved Caaguazu from getting behind. Caaguazu played a much better game than Yakusoku no Neverland and deserved their victory. The Yakusoku no Neverland players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
