OLIMPIA's Gigi Barboni got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Braulio Sandaili made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Zorros del Desierto's Darío Verón. Oliveiro Comacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Dijoux in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's Alex Dijoux sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oliveiro Comacho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by OLIMPIA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pape Lillo was slow to take the kick. During this time Zorros del Desierto's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Pablo Abdallah got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oliveiro Comacho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 40 minutes into the match, Alex Dijoux notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of OLIMPIA's Oliveiro Comacho. Oliveiro Comacho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 minutes OLIMPIA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Oliveiro Comacho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cai Jian Chang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
