Wieslaw Szkaradek started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wieslaw Szkaradek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Esen Sanal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Szkaradek in the 5th minute. Krisztián Véber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gui Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esen Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Szkaradek in the 9th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Chinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Salles. Chinho FC's Gui Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Augusto in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krisztián Véber to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Gláuber Tande put in a rough tackle. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for S.E.R. Caxias do Sul! S.E.R. Caxias do Sul:s Esen Sanal showed great skill when he stopped Slaveyko Neev:s penalty. In the 24th minute Lucio Siekkötter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gui Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gui Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krisztián Véber in the 28th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, Chinho FC's Slaveyko Neev made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esen Sanal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Siekkötter came free, but Gui Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gui Almeida came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lucio Siekkötter. But to his dismay, Lucio Siekkötter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gui Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Siekkötter in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when Chinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Váldson Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lei Feng Yan made a kick off. In the 51st minute Lucio Siekkötter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gui Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dieter Breves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chinho FC's Robert Renan was substituted for Dinei Mendonça. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Siekkötter in the 64th minute of play forced Chinho FC's goalkeeper Gui Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goal looked a bit too open when Slaveyko Neev came free, but Esen Sanal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Augusto kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Chinho FC's Aleksandr Krieser was substituted for Dieter Breves. Chinho FC's Călin Senin was substituted for Wieslaw Szkaradek. In the 69th minute, Renato Augusto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lei Feng Yan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gui Almeida. Gui Almeida yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Aleksandr Krieser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esen Sanal having to interfere. When S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lucio Siekkötter in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chinho FC's goalie prevented a goal. Esen Sanal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Krieser, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 89 minutes of play, Chinho FC's Aleksandr Krieser made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
