After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Emanuel Lucila got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Despidida AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tadeo Lesardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Estación Q.'s Arif Nihat Yıldıray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 53rd minute of play. Emiliano Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Nihat Yıldıray having to interfere.
