In the 31st minute of the match Iulian Berceanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wawrzyniec Charamut skillfully saved the ball. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Gheară in the 33rd minute of play. De Boedo Vengo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Aresti in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Alessandro Del Piero came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the A4p FC Gad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Del Piero couldn't finish the play. Wawrzyniec Charamut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Batistuta in the 47th minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Charamut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisandro Roderigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Cândroveanu in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Charamut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Placido Jenaro. In the 80th minute, Luca Pedro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's Marcin Pachucki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wawrzyniec Charamut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. De Boedo Vengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A4p FC Gad the free kick. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Aresti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match Gică Busuioc climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-4 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Wawrzyniec Charamut. The De Boedo Vengo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching A4p FC Gad's performance. The match ended with a win for A4p FC Gad.
