After taking down the ball on -BZF- Barca de Buzau's corner Petre Comișel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Niculae Isvoreanu quite easily take care of the ball. Big Saver made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Nichifor Codruț sent off a good shot on target. Big Saver was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Nichifor Codruț capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nichifor Codruț really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. -BZF- Barca de Buzau made a substitution. Fausto Nazzaro replaced Adam Tănăsie. Petre Comișel charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petre Comișel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Petre Comișel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goal looked a bit too open when Jock Tare came free, but Niculae Isvoreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shi Jun kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Dumitru Surdu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver didn't even have to move. Nichifor Codruț could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Big Saver made a huge save. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichifor Codruț in the 32nd minute of play. Valentin Verzea hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Niculae Isvoreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jock Tare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernest Zburlea kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.BARLAD's goalkeeper Niculae Isvoreanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Irod got free with Big Saver in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute Nichifor Codruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dumitru Surdu during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, F.C.BARLAD's Niculae Isvoreanu got control of the ball when Jock Tare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niculae Isvoreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jock Tare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxim Lupașcu made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C.BARLAD's Ernest Zburlea. Leonard Chiru might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niculae Isvoreanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Chiru ran back to his position shaking his head. Mădălin Doloman kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, F.C.BARLAD's Niculae Isvoreanu got control of the ball when Jock Tare tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ernest Zburlea hit a great ball. Big Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichifor Codruț in the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Leonard Chiru got a free kick in the 81st minute. A sloppy throw-in by Maxim Lupașcu in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by F.C.BARLAD's Adam Gheorghiță. In the 94th minute, Jock Tare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

-BZF- Barca de Buzau's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
