FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykutalp Tecelli in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykutalp Tecelli in the 8th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Harvey Davies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Lindelöf. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save SV Balverliefd from getting a goal against them. Harvey Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykutalp Tecelli in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Aykutalp Tecelli came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Lindelöf came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martijn August got free with Yorrick Zoethout in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harvey Davies came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by SV Balverliefd's Aykutalp Tecelli. But to his dismay, Aykutalp Tecelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Aristides Gombal replaced Shaq Francis. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn August in the 55th minute of the match. Cobus Harding made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dan Kjellman however managed to control. FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Gudmundsson in the 70th minute of play. If Dan Kjellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Bal op het Dak's attentive Aristides Gombal managed to snatch the ball when Harmen Kloppenburg made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bal op het Dak from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute of the match, Virgil Lindelöf got a very nice opportunity to score, but Harvey Davies was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Melker Gudmundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Harvey Davies tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SV Balverliefd were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FC Bal op het Dak's much stronger midfield.
