An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Mendes in the 39th minute of play forced MagicTeam's goalkeeper Jeoffrey De Prins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Eddy Neijsen. 46 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Lieven Demarrez came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Aristides Gombal replaced Shaq Francis. Dan Kjellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies got control of the ball when Eugenio Rosati tried to sneak it across the goal line.
