Spectators: 399 (Terracing: 300, Seating: 92, VIP seats: 7) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valentin Plopșor took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rovine Craiova's zone, Martin Ilarie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezar Ghinescu came out of the goal and Martin Ilarie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Simionescu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rovine Craiova's Cezar Ghinescu. Cezar Ghinescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the game, Virgil Vergulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rovine Craiova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.BARLAD the free kick. In the 10th minute Ferdinand Simionescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezar Ghinescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Simionescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Cezar Ghinescu made a huge save. Bogdan Gurgui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Vergulescu in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Martin Ilarie hit a great ball. Ferdinand Simionescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezar Ghinescu having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Plopșor came free, but Cezar Ghinescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cezar Ghinescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Plopșor in the 37th minute. Rovine Craiova's Cezar Ghinescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Plopșor in the 39th minute of play. After 40 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Simionescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Patrichi in the 41st minute of play forced F.C.BARLAD's goalkeeper Bogdan Gurgui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Ferdinand Simionescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matei Comișel kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgil Vergulescu to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Patrichi came free, but Bogdan Gurgui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Gurgui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Patrichi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Cucu to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Vergulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Bogdan Gurgui made a huge save. Cezar Ghinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Ilarie in the 69th minute of play. Bogdan Gurgui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Stoian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octav Cretan kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Rovine Craiova's Matei Comișel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bogdan Gurgui but with some difficulty. Rovine Craiova's Cezar Ghinescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Simionescu in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Paul Albuț sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cezar Ghinescu skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Plopșor in the 84th minute of play forced Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Cezar Ghinescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Valentin Plopșor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezar Ghinescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The F.C.BARLAD support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
