An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Silvanito in the 16th minute of play forced Berutti FC's goalkeeper Bruno Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. River Plate ® 9-12's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Reynaldo Raebert scored to the left of an out of position Rigoberto Bihar, making the score, 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, Marcos Cordeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berutti FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River Plate ® 9-12 the free kick. The referee ignored Berutti FC's protests and gave Victor Restu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Berutti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Restu to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Akhilleus Rallis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Macario. Berutti FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akhilleus Rallis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After the first half River Plate ® 9-12 were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Lobo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruno Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akhilleus Rallis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Restu got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edelmiro Cheche. 61 minutes into the game, Placido Silvanito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Macario. Placido Silvanito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Bruno Macario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Placido Silvanito in the 65th minute. In the 68th match minute, River Plate ® 9-12 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Christian to maneuver through the defense. River Plate ® 9-12's Lukáš Lucas was substituted for Fang Zhan Ao. River Plate ® 9-12 made a substitution. In the 94th minute Sebastian Lobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The River Plate ® 9-12 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing River Plate ® 9-12 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
