Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Funes in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriele Batistuta in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Menchu FC's Silverio Sergi was substituted for Armando Roland. River CBBA's Boğaçhan Akyel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silverio Sergi, made in the 87th minute of the game. 89 minutes into the game, Silverio Sergi threw the ball into play from the sideline. River CBBA's Boğaçhan Akyel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute.
