Walmir Catarinense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enio Coelho's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS were awarded a corner. Rein Keerme went to the cornerflag to take it. Walmir Catarinense came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Benito Fiz. But to his dismay, Benito Fiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's goalkeeper Ter Stefanek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Rene Aires made a precise shot to the right of Ter Stefanek. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Walmir Catarinense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enio Coelho in the 38th minute. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Roberto Mouzo hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enio Coelho to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Nisio to maneuver through the defense. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rein Keerme in the 54th minute of play. Walmir Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS booed when Loco De Remate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Raphael didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Furtado came free, but Walmir Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Ramón Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walmir Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal was substituted for Rene Aires. Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Fiz in the 84th minute of play. After some careless play in the CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS defense, Clodoveo Christobal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ter Stefanek. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ter Stefanek should have stopped the shot. Ter Stefanek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clodoveo Christobal went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Christobal in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ter Stefanek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rein Keerme hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Loco De Remate players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
