The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Kimetz came free, but Glenn Fyfe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Fidel Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Sebastian Zâncă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Del Piero got free with Gigih Buffon in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Abadie in the 18th minute of play. Glenn Fyfe came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Tracto's Fidel Kimetz. But to his dismay, Fidel Kimetz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Fred de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Erasmo Damião notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tracto's Gigih Buffon. Gigih Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alessandro Del Piero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gigih Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Purcărete. After 43 played minutes, Tracto's Fred de Brito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Glenn Fyfe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tracto reached it. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Kimetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and James Batistuta made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Herminio Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe got control of the ball when Herminio Distiratsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Glenn Fyfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tracto defense, Erasmo Damião kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigih Buffon. The Tracto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigih Buffon should have stopped the shot. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Flavius Cândroveanu replaced Alessandro Del Piero. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Kimetz in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Tracto's goal looked a bit too open when James Batistuta came free, but Gigih Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game King Scorpio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tracto's Gigih Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, King Scorpio put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gigih Buffon. Gigih Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Cândroveanu in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Flavius Cândroveanu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Tracto's Gigih Buffon. Gigih Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th minute Herminio Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Cândroveanu in the 88th minute of play forced Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigih Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Busuioc, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Gică Busuioc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A4p FC Gad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
