A sloppy throw-in by Basílio Travassos in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Royal PSG's Ferhat Özsan. Beto Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tristan Bétourne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Samuel Izard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edoardo Filippini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but João Carlos Andrade made a huge save. In the 20th minute of the match Royal PSG got a corner. Futuros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferhat Özsan ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ferhat Özsan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Carlos Andrade quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. João Carlos Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Filippini, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. João Carlos Andrade made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Edoardo Filippini sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Smith came free, but Tristan Bétourne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Carlos Andrade made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Edoardo Filippini sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Fernandes took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tristan Bétourne. Tristan Bétourne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Royal PSG players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Futuros FC were winning 0-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krakaca Neto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Beto Smith took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Tristan Bétourne to make any attempt to save it. João Carlos Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Izard in the 60th minute of play. When Royal PSG's Samuel Izard, in the 61st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Royal PSG. 63 minutes into the match, Samuel Izard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Carlos Andrade. Futuros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Izard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Fernandes got free with Tristan Bétourne in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tristan Bétourne came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Futuros FC's Marcos Fernandes. But to his dismay, Marcos Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 77 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goalkeeper Tristan Bétourne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krakaca Neto. Tristan Bétourne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Pinhal, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. João Carlos Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Filippini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Futuros FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Basílio Travassos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Izard in the 86th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Beto Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tristan Bétourne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Krakaca Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Bétourne having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Royal PSG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Théophile Boutillier to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Marcos Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Tristan Bétourne. Royal PSG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Futuros FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
