In the 40th minute Adan Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Mala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Loi came free, but Vladimir Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mala FC's Vladimir Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Ireno in the 48th minute of play. The Modestio Constancio FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mala FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adan Ireno to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Samuel Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Dante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Beila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Modestio Constancio FC booed when Mala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laerte da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, Modestio Constancio FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
